I have a chassis for restoration, can anyone tell me if there will be a serial number located on it and if so where it might be so that I may try & find some history?
Thanks Nige

Without nipping out into the garage to look, if I recall, the large bracket on the right of the petrol tube itself ( the bike side ) has a number stamped on it ..... that is your petrol tube chassis number.

If you have a cruiser body, that will have a plate and number all of it's own.
